    How do I start a custom order?
    If you already have a design in mind, you can submit a custom order inquiry through our form or email us directly at custom@campus-classics.com

    Do I need to have a design to start a custom order?
    Nope! When you submit the custom inquiry form or email us, just be sure to give us a general idea of what you're looking to order (i.e. are you looking for Comfort Colors for a formal? Paddles for new members?). You can also check out our custom design vault to help you get ideas!

    Please note, all Greek designs and apparel will be submitted to the organization's licensing board. All designs and apparel must be approved before moving forward. We cannot include profanity or copyright images/logos on Greek apparel. 

    How long will a custom order take?
    While there's no standard timeline, once we finalize an order, we will ship the order within a week (if you order on a Wednesday, we'll ship by the next Wednesday). We ship from the midwest, so keep in mind that shipping times will vary depending on the destination. We are able to rush custom orders in production, depending on the size of the order, so reach out and we'll see what we can do. 

    I've finalized a design, what are my ordering options?
    We have two options to order: bulk or custom link. With a bulk order, you let us know the amount you're ordering and we'll send you an invoice you can pay online with a card or ACH. The order will be delivered to one address.

    With a custom link, we'll set up a private link that you can send out to your chapter. With the link, they can order and pay individually. The orders will be bagged individually and shipped together to one address. 

    How does pricing work?
    Pricing will be specific to each order.

    Shipping is free on most custom orders! 

    Can I get just one custom item?
    As fun as that would be, we have a 24 piece minimum for custom decoration. Check out our retail website for individual personalized items that could work for you!
